A book called Chiwatori (2007) plus a dvd of the same name documented the friendship between a chihuahua named Chiwa and a tiger-strip kitty named Tora. They first became popular in Japan through their mutual blog which led to television appearances and calanders and general stardom culminating in the book and documentary film.
