Amber Gristak is a bit-player in such films as House of D (2005) and Maid in Manhattan (2002). She is the author of O.F.O.N: String of Consciousness (2006). She heads the Gristak Foundation which provides student grants for religious education.

In these photos she smooches with her chihuahua Henri Bendel, named obscenely enough after an upscale dog boutique, photographed by New York by art photographer Mami Angel in 2005.
