Goliath the fiesty chihuahua is a character in the more-or-less adult cartoon series Bernard (aka Hangul or Backkom, 2004) starring a slapstick polar bear to whom terrible things happen.
Each of the fifty-two episodes is three minutes or so long, produced in South Korea, combining computer animation with cel animation. These little films are extremely comical and have won a number of awards, with worldwide appeal since they lack dialogue and require no translatioin.
They've been distributed on television, dvd, and to mobile phone, with many episodes instantly accessible on youtube, or easily downloaded from the official website. Goliath is featured in the episode "The Little Dog," which you can watch below.
