Tutu (voiced by Tara Strong) is Granny Bear's hyperactive chihuahua from the animated cable series Little Bear which also has direct-to-video feature films. The series is based on a book series written by Else Holmelund Minarik and illustrated by Maurice Sendak, aimed at preschoolers. Tutu is featured prominantly in the episode Circus for Tutu (1997) in Season 3.
