Keenen Ivory Wayans directs and stars in Little Man (2006), a repulsive film about a loony guy (Shaun Wayans) who wants to be a dad and mistakes a criminal little person (FX generated role for Marlan Wayans' head on an actual little person) for a kid and makes him his adopted son.

There's a small role for a chihuahua who almost gets dognapped during a diamond heist, packing into the film enough comedy-power to fill the space between a neutron and a proton.
