McSpud created this collage postcard by pasting images on a painted piece of corrigated cardboard. It arrived through the mail on July 27, 1997, with a special postal rubberstamped message "Postage Verified Seattle WA" because the card was too thick to go for 20 cents, though the kindly postal worker verified it anyway & did not ask for postage due. McSpud is an Ohio mail artist of considerable merit.
