Shmuel & Seiko

This was originally mailed from Shmuel in Vermont to me, & I forwarded it in a "Paghat's Mail Share" package to Seiko Sato of Boscographix. She altered it & returned it to me. Shmuel's mail art cards frequently consist of original drawings in black & white, so the drawing of the rat is his. Boscographix colorized & rubberstamped the image & passed it on to me, so it has two 19-cent stamps & two postmarks on the front, from 1994. I am no longer certain if Shmuel or Seiko put the girlhead on the rat, but I think that was Shmuel's doing.
