Tracy Vaughn Moore's
Zetti Post

This card is postmarked July 1993. The address side has images from two handcarved rubber stamps stating Zetti Post, & three specimens of Tracy's colorful artistamps. The front shown here is a simple collage of three of his &/or Teesha Moore's artistamps affixed to a color xerox background, plus a rubberstamp cancellation mark.

As you can see, Tracy has done some very slick work. His interests in the mail art world were primarily the manufacture of artistamps & the creation of highly limited edition artistbooks. In 1993 he claimed he rarely sent out mail art post cards; even so, we traded art for about four years, & I even occasionally corresponded with him & Teesha.

Tracy has a very fabulously art-intense website for artistbooks, rubber stamps, & many friends' art as well as his own. It's the Zettiology Site, which you should visit. The section showing artist-books is particuarly thrilling.
