In the Bob Saget directed Dirty Work (1998) a chihuahua belongs to the bad-guy (Christopher McDonald) who gets dissed by Mitch (Norm MacDonald).

The notion of a tall refreshing glass of chihuahua piss best reflects the level of humor in the film, as does sex between a chihuahua and a skunk, with the skunk in charge. With Norm's pokerface deliveries, it's sort of funny despite that it isn't any good.
