Dr. Papidies Capin, a chihuahua from Colorado who was a rescue saved from a puppy mill, was the winner of a million-dollar cutest dog competition, selected from 60,000 on-line entrants. His owner Dr. Leslie Capin divied the enormous prize among Denver animal shelters.
They got calls from the likes of the Oprah Winfrey and Ellen Degeneris shows, but because of the decision to let the funds serve local agencies, Capin decided not to do national shows which would've been for the sake of her own ego.
So it was a specialty cable program that scored the interview, and I've embedded that below so you can see Papides in action. There's no question he's damned cute.
