The reverse of this mail art card is a paper collage, but I liked the rubberstamped & handcolored address side the best. This was sent to me by Ohio mail artist Mark Hamilton, who overpaid the postage. The postal service's cancellation machine missed cancelling the 29-cent stamp, so I don't know the date for this, but it was probably the mid 1990s.
