Rich yellows & reds
dominate the autumn leaf color of the
Paperbark Maple, shown here in November 2002.




A year latter on the button, November 2003,
the Paperbark quite suddenly turned bright
red & yellow. .




By the later third of November,
a week-long hard rain had shortened the autumn display,
but how glorious while it lasted.
