November portraits of
Fagus sylvatica 'Rohani'

The oak-leafed Rohani Beech fades from summer purple to
October green, then in early November begins to take on
a mixture of colors in yellows, copper, greens, &am
reddish browns.

By mid-November (2003) it is the yellows that predominate.
The leaves will slowly turn brown & drop
through early December.
