Garden Walk
of Autumn Azaleas & Rhododendrons

November portrait of
Rhododendron hippophaeoides var. hippophaeoides

Lepidote

The Chinese dwarf lepidote Rhododendron hippophaeoides
takes on interesting autumn colors here on Puget Sound,
even though in colder climates the evergreen leaves would
merely turn brown & curl in winter.

Read all about this dwarf rhody on the main
Rhododendron hippophaeoides Page
