This cultivar was developed right here on the
Olympic Penninsula at the world-famed
Whitney Gardens, a nursery so stunning in its beauty
that it is worth putting on any vacation route, & will
leave an impression almost as great as
the Olympic Rainforest itself.
Here's a shot earlier, in April, before the buds
were showing any color. 'Anna Rose Whitney' being
evergreen has an attractive presence even when not in flower.
